The Arai XD-5 Helmet is a completely redesigned adventure helmet, engineered to deliver the next level of versatility, comfort, and protection. Every detail has been refined with Arai’s core philosophy in mind—prioritizing real-world impact performance while bringing the design closer to the ideal protective shell shape.

A standout feature is the advanced VAS-A visor system, derived from the race-proven VAS-V system used on the Corsair-X. This new design enhances “glancing-off” performance by increasing the helmet’s ability to deflect impact energy, while also improving ease of use. The redesigned Max Vision visor offers greater visibility and supports Pinlock inserts, and the tool-less system allows riders to quickly switch between adventure, off-road, and on-road configurations.
